POLICY
At Fantom, returns and exchanges are free!* We want to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase and understand that sometimes you may need to make a return or exchange.
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of order delivery (i.e. the date the order arrives to you).

* Free return policy applies to domestic returns only. Orders shipped outside the US do not qualify for free returns.
CONDITIONS
All return products sent back to us must be in original condition (with hang tags attached, if present) and in original packaging. Apparel items must not be washed in order to qualify for a return.
We cannot accept any product that has been worn down in any way and reserve the right to not accept returns that are not in line with our return policy.
REFUNDS
All refunds will be directed to your original method of payment by default. You can choose to receive a refund in the form of store credit which will be issued as a digital gift card. The code associated with your gift card will be emailed to you.
Gift cards do not expire and can be used toward future purchases at any time.
EXCHANGES
We provide free exchanges for unworn products within 30 days of the order delivery. The exchange process is designed to ensure a hassle-free experience for you.

PROCESSING TIME
It can take our warehouse up to two weeks to receive and process your return or exchange. If you have initiated an exchange, your new item will be sent out to you as soon as the return is processed. We'll be sure to send a notification email as soon as we've issued your refund or shipped out your desired product. We appreciate your patience through this process!
